Welcome to Untitled. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
    1.    General
    •    Untitled reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    •    All purchases made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
    2.    Products
    •    Each piece is crafted with attention to detail. Slight variations in fabric, color, or texture may occur due to natural materials and handwork.
    •    Prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
    3.    Orders & Payment
    •    Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
    •    A deposit may be required for custom pieces only.

   4.    Returns & Refunds
    •    Due to the nature of our products, refund can only be returned for defects caused by us.
    • We reserve all the right to inspect the defect or replace the garment. If not, then we will refund the money within 14 working days once the order reaches us.

5.    Alteration
    •    Untitled will provide free alteration up to 7 days from the order receiving date.

6.    Cancellation Policy
    •    Untitled do not offer cancellation or exchange once order is placed.
