    1.    General
    •    Untitled reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    •    All purchases made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

    2.    Products
    •    Each piece is crafted with attention to detail. Slight variations in fabric, color, or texture may occur due to natural materials and handwork.
    •    Prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

 3.    Orders & Payment
    •    Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
    •    A deposit may be required for custom pieces only.

 4.    Shipping & Delivery Policy
    •   International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected delivery method. Additional charges may apply for remote locations or oversized/heavy items.
   •     For deliveries within Doha, a local delivery fee payable directly to the driver applies and is not included in the product price. Delivery times may vary from what is displayed on the website due to factors outside of our control.

   5.    Returns & Refunds
    •    Due to the nature of our products, refund can only be returned for defects caused by us.
    •    We reserve all the right to inspect the defect or replace the garment. If not, then we will refund the money within 14 working days once the order reaches us.

6.    Alteration
    •    Untitled will provide free alteration up to 7 days from the order receiving date.
    •    Any additional alteration requests will be subject to a local delivery fee, payable directly to the delivery driver.

    7.    Cancellation Policy
    •    Untitled do not offer cancellation or exchange once order is placed.
